Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer/Scheduler for site-based supervision on the Green Riyadh Project in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting progress to ensure timely delivery and effective stakeholder coordination.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 7–10 years of planning experience on major projects, and strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills. PMP/PMI-SP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• PMI-SP or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for construction supervision activities.
• Establish baselines and monitor progress against schedules, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Review contractors' baselines, recovery plans, and progress for compliance with project requirements.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and what-if scenarios.
• Monitor progress, milestones, delays, and risks; offer mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives to align schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and executive summaries.
• Monitor KPIs and forecast project completion dates.
• Evaluate EOT submissions, delay analyses, and time impact assessments.
• Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of variations.
• Lead progress review meetings and mentor junior planners.
