Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer – Project Controls in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will develop baselined, resource-loaded schedules and manage Primavera P6 planning activities while monitoring earned value and performance reporting on major infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify risks, delays, and recovery actions, ensuring reliable project delivery and compliant schedules across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning experience on major civil, infrastructure, rail, metro, transportation, or construction projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6, scheduling outputs, and WBS-based planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully baselined, resource-loaded project schedules.
• Monitor earned value, KPI trends, and schedule performance.
• Review contractor schedules and planning assumptions.
• Prepare recovery plans and corrective actions.
• Provide schedule risk analyses and scenario modeling.
• Produce regular status reports and client-facing updates.
