Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks aSenior Planning Engineer with 8+ years in project planning and scheduling, especially within a design office. You will develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, and prepare Engineering Progress and Performance Reports (EPPR).

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is required, with PMP or related certification a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Experience in a design office environment.
PMP or related certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and other tools.
Establish timelines, milestones, and critical paths for projects.
Coordinate with PMs, engineers and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain Engineering Progress and Performance Reports (EPPR).
Monitor progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Generate progress reports with S-curves and Gantt charts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Conduct quality checks on schedules and reports for accuracy.
