Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH in Riyadh seeks a senior Construction Planner with 10+ years' experience to lead scheduling for large-scale mixed-use developments. You will update detailed programmes based on site progress, prepare look-ahead schedules, collect progress data, and verify quantities with site engineers.

Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel is required; Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain detailed construction programmes based on verified site progress.
Prepare weekly, monthly, two-week, and four-week look-ahead schedules.
Collect progress data and verify reported quantities with site engineers.
Monitor actual progress against baseline dates, milestones, and planned productivity.
Identify delays, constraints, and potential schedule slippages.
Prepare S-curves, manpower reports, progress dashboards, and schedule narratives.
Support recovery planning, completion forecasting, and progress meetings.
Ensure accurate progress measurement and critical-path monitoring.
