Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 8+ years of professional planning and scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain master, detailed and recovery schedules.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project and SAP maintenance scheduling.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain integrated master schedules for dam O&M projects.
• Review baseline schedules, detailed work programs and updates.
• Coordinate schedules across disciplines into coordinated plans.
• Monitor progress against baselines and current schedules.
• Prepare schedule forecasts and resource requirement estimates.
• Coordinate with operations, contractors and stakeholders.
• Attend progress meetings and prepare technical reports.
