Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced Project Controls / Construction Planner in Riyadh. The role focuses on developing and maintaining an integrated master programme across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

You will review contractor baselines, monitor critical paths, and manage Earned Value analysis, forecasting, and delay analysis. A Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project-controls and construction-planning experience.
• Proven planning experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated master programme covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Review contractor baseline, recovery, revised, and look-ahead programmes.
• Monitor critical and near-critical paths, milestones, interfaces, and schedule risks.
• Manage progress measurement, Earned Value Analysis, forecasting, and delay analysis.
• Prepare executive dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, and variance reports.
• Assess Extension of Time submissions and conduct Time Impact Analysis.
• Coordinate schedule information with commercial, technical, procurement, and construction teams.
