Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a senior Construction Planner with extensive experience in large-scale mixed-use developments to lead detailed scheduling and progress control. You will update programmes, verify site progress, and drive look-ahead planning across multi-month horizons.

The role requires a decade of scheduling expertise, strong data analysis, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, with Saudi Council of Engineers registration as a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain detailed construction programmes based on verified site progress.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, two-week, and four-week look-ahead schedules.
• Collect progress data and verify reported quantities with site engineers.
• Monitor actual progress against baseline dates, milestones, and planned productivity.
• Identify delays, constraints, and potential schedule slippages.
• Prepare S-curves, manpower reports, progress dashboards, and schedule narratives.
• Support recovery planning, completion forecasting, and progress meetings.
