Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Project Controls/Construction Planning lead in Riyadh to manage scheduling across design, procurement, construction, testing and handover for large mixed-use developments.

You will oversee baselines, critical path analyses, EVM forecasting and delay analysis, deliver executive dashboards, and coordinate with commercial, procurement and construction teams. PMI-SP/PMP or equivalent credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project-controls and construction-planning experience.
• Proven planning experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of baseline development, critical-path analysis, EVM, forecasting, and forensic delay analysis.
• PMI-SP, PSP, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated master programme covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Review contractor baseline, recovery, revised and look-ahead programmes.
• Monitor critical and near-critical paths, milestones, interfaces and schedule risks.
• Manage progress measurement, Earned Value Analysis, forecasting and delay analysis.
• Prepare executive dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms and variance reports.
• Assess Extension of Time submissions and conduct Time Impact Analysis.
• Coordinate schedule information with commercial, technical, procurement and construction teams.
