Job summary

The هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك is seeking a Reports and Performance Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to prepare standardized organizational performance reports, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to leadership and external bodies.

You will update reporting tools, consolidate data from all functions, and present findings to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.
• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the reporting framework to ensure standardized and consistent reporting.
• Update the organizational performance management reporting tools for monitoring purposes.
• Collect and consolidate data from all functions on a periodic basis ensuring correctness and integrity to monitor and report on organizational performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to BoD, ministry and other stakeholders with highlights, results and deviations.
• Conduct meetings with senior leadership and external stakeholders to discuss results and recommendations.
• Follow-up on the implementation of corrective/remedial actions.
• Prepare awareness materials and conduct workshops to enhance capabilities in organizational performance.
