Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and keep abreast of international best practices to identify latest trends methods and approaches used for data reporting.
• Develop and/or update the reporting framework to ensure standardized and consistent reporting.
• Update the organizational performance management reporting tools for monitoring purposes.
• Collect and consolidate data from all functions on a periodical basis ensuring correctness and integrity to monitor and report on organizational performance.
• Control the reporting systems Tableau S.
• Review ZATCA's KPIs dashboard to report results and gaps.
• Prepare needed weekly monthly quarterly yearly reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner highlighting ZATCA's strategy's performance achieved results and deviations.
• Conduct meetings with senior leadership and external stakeholders to discuss results and recommendations.
• Follow-up on the implementation of corrective remedial actions.
• Prepare awareness materials and conduct awareness and educational workshops to enhance capabilities in organizational performance.
• Follow all relevant policies processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out efficiently.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases are closed properly.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how when applicable.
• Provide clear direction prioritize tasks assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of subordinates.
