This role requires 10+ years in performance management, KPI governance, and enterprise frameworks. You will lead end-to-end cycles, develop KPIs, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Management in Banking or Financial Services.
• Must have prior work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong KPI design, scorecard development and executive reporting.

Barza Consulting is partnering with a Banking Institution in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Performance Management Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in enterprise performance management, KPI governance, and organizational performance frameworks to play a strategic role in driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, calibration, and performance closure.
• Develop, enhance, and govern performance management frameworks, policies, processes, and standards.
• Design, review, and validate KPIs and performance scorecards across business functions.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align individual and departmental objectives with organizational strategy.
• Support senior and executive management in KPI setting, tracking progress, and developing executive dashboards.
• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), 360-degree feedback processes, talent reviews, and other performance initiatives.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of performance management systems and reporting.
• Analyse organizational performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership using data and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Management within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Mandatory experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong expertise in performance management frameworks, KPI design, scorecards, and executive performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Mandatory) for executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
