Saudi Aramco is seeking a Planning & Performance Analyst in its Finance and Internal Auditing Planning and Performance Management Group to drive multi-timeframe performance reporting and strategic planning. The role emphasizes analytical findings, business case studies, benchmarking, risk management, and BI tool usage to support decision making.
Candidates should have a relevant degree, MBA preferred, 9+ years in planning and performance management, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
We are seeking a Planning & Performance Analyst to join the Finance and Internal Auditing Planning and Performance Management Group. The group oversees comprehensive reporting across various timeframes, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, to assess the organization's overall performance and develop strategic plans and business strategies.
Provide analytical findings and recommendations related to P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.
Conduct special studies related to the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and redesign of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system–related changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience in Planning and Performance Management job roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance, PowerPoint and Excel.
Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools.
