The role requires extensive experience in healthcare quality, CPHQ/CPPS/CPHRM certifications, and a strong track record in training and compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or allied health.
• Master's degree preferred in health administration or healthcare quality.
• CPHQ certification required; CPPS/CPHRM certification required; Lean Six Sigma or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a just culture where errors and near-misses are discussed and learned from.
• Develop and implement risk management training for all staff and varied audiences.
• Ensure compliance with government, local laws, and accreditation standards in risk management.
• Manage hospital-wide incident reporting and risk registry systems.
• Document, monitor, and analyze patient safety events and create action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee case reviews and participate in committees and task forces as needed.
