• CPHQ certification or any other quality related certification preferred.
• Up to 2 years’ clinical working experience within an accredited healthcare facility.
• Languages: English Advanced; Arabic Advanced.

• Perform duties to support risk management and patient safety needs and ensure facility compliance with government laws and accreditation standards.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures and perform other assigned tasks and duties.
• Report potential new risk/safety themes from events analysis and opportunities for improvement.
• Document, monitor and analyze patient safety events and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Manage the event reporting process as designed within the hospital to ensure events are analyzed, reviewed, corrected, and actioned.

• Perform the duties necessary to support and achieve risk management and patient safety needs and standards and ensure that the facility is in compliance with all government and local laws and accreditation standards
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures and perform other assigned tasks and duties
