Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required.
• Current BLS Certification.
• More than 15 years of experience required (minimum of 2 years post MS).

Responsibilities

• Provide total and direct physical therapy services requiring advanced skilled and complex interventions.
• Assist mentor staff members in developing their clinical reasoning and critical thinking knowledge and skills through targeted guidance when needs are identified
• Assess the need for targeted staff development programs in area of clinical to ensure effective patient care
• Evaluate patient care supplies/equipment and provide input to supervisor
