Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare seeks an Associate ERM and Patient Safety Professional to manage occurrence reporting, review events, investigate, and action on findings to strengthen patient safety protocols.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field, CP HQ certification or equivalent, and up to 2 years of healthcare facility experience. English and Arabic at advanced levels are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or any healthcare science/allied health.
• CPHQ certification or any other quality related certification preferred.
• Up to 2 years’ clinical working experience within an accredited healthcare facility.
• Languages: English Advanced; Arabic Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to support risk management and patient safety needs and ensure facility compliance with government laws and accreditation standards.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures and perform other assigned tasks and duties.
• Report potential new risk/safety themes from events analysis and opportunities for improvement.
• Document, monitor and analyze patient safety events and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Manage the event reporting process as designed within the hospital to ensure events are analyzed, reviewed, corrected, and actioned.
