Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare seeks an Associate ERM and Patient Safety Professional to manage occurrence reporting, analyze events, and drive corrective actions. You will identify risk trends and help enhance safety protocols while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

The role requires up to 2 years of clinical experience in an accredited healthcare facility, a healthcare quality credential (CPHQ or similar), and a focus on accountability and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or allied health.
• CPHQ certification or equivalent quality certification.
• Up to 2 years’ clinical experience in an accredited healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the event reporting process as designed within the hospital; ensure events are analyzed, reviewed, corrected, and actioned.
• Document, monitor, and analyze patient safety events and develop an action plan to prevent recurrence.
• Identify emerging risks and patient safety trends from events analysis to improve safety protocols.
• Follow hospital policies to support risk management and patient safety needs and maintain compliance with laws and accreditation standards.
