Job summary

Unipal, a youth discounts and experiences platform, is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager to own our most strategic brand partners across the GCC. You will cultivate deep knowledge of each brand, drive value, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships.

You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, aim to increase revenue, ROI, and transactions, lead renewals, and spot expansion opportunities. The role is on-site in GCC region; English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, client service, partnerships, or operations.
• Proven track record of growing revenue from existing accounts.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Strong numeric orientation and KPI-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key partner accounts, manage health and retention.
• Grow revenue, transactions, and ROI for each brand.
• Know each brand's market share and ad spend outside Unipal.
• Lead renewals and set commercial terms within margins.
• Spot upsell opportunities and close them.
• Plan campaigns with Marketing and ensure timely delivery.
• Flag at-risk accounts early and apply recovery plans.
• Maintain partner records and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Take handovers and onboard new partners to standard.
