Job summary

2P Perfect Presentation in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead and support implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and post-go-live activities. You will gather requirements, configure modules, prepare documentation, lead UAT, data migration, reporting, and work closely with HR policy compliance teams and stakeholders across business units.

The role requires 5+ years of Oracle HCM experience, strong communication, and ability to work onsite with diverse teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and local labour practices.
• Experience onsite with business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Lead UAT activities, support user sign-off, and assist with testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Support data migration, reporting, integrations, and security setup with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle Support when required.
• Conduct user training sessions and support end users during implementation and production phases.

Job Overview:

The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and post-go-live activities. The role includes gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, preparing functional documentation, supporting testing and deployment, and ensuring solutions are aligned with HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Provide functional expertise and subject matter guidance across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Lead UAT activities, support user sign-off, and assist with testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Support data migration, reporting, integrations, and security setup in coordination with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support post-go-live activities, and coordinate with technical teams or Oracle Support when required.
• Conduct user training sessions and support end users during implementation and production phases.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements, system enhancements, and best-practice solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and local or regional labor practices.
• Experience working onsite with business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams.
• Knowledge of integrations using HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, business process analysis, functional design documentation, UAT, go-live support, and production support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale or multi-country implementations is preferred.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia government sector projects is preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams is preferred.
