Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh seeks an Assistant Store Manager for a luxury-brand environment. You will lead a sales team to meet targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences, and support in CRM and CX initiatives in-store.

You will coach team members, drive engagement, and oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with back-office processes and the MUSE loyalty program. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership roles within Fashion Retail or Luxury Retail.
• Strong team leadership skills and communication skills.
• Mandatory: Fluency in English
• Styling & Product Knowledge.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team towards achieving the sales target while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; ensure support in CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives in-store.
• Nurture talent within team through on-the-job coaching and stretch assignments in coordination with People Partner.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Oversee store operations related to VM, Retail Store SOPs adherence, and sales team schedule.
• Support in-store staff during events and act as the key contact with back-office team.
• Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs and customer data is captured per marketing requirements.
• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and train team on app offerings.
• Increase the store's revenue target and drive sell-throughs.
• Support in-store CX initiatives and provide feedback on what's working well.

What you'll be doing

At Chalhoub, creativity is a team effort! Working as an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for leading a sales team towards achieving the sales target while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

You will nurture talent within team through on the job coaching and stretch assignment in coordination with the People Partner

Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture

Oversee store's day to day operations related to VM, Retail Store SOPs adherence, and sales team schedule

Offer support to store staff during in-store events

Act as the key point of contact with back-office team

Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs

Ensure customer data is properly captured by the team in adherence to marketing team requirements

Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team knowledge about app offerings etc..

Increase the revenue target of the store

Drive sell-throughs within the store

Support in-store CX initiatives

Provide input to what's working well, what's not working well within the store

What you’ll need to succeed
