AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh seeks a highly experienced Resident Engineer to lead all site supervision for a prestigious development program. You will act as the senior on-site representative for the consultant, ensuring work aligns with designs, contract requirements, and safety standards.

The role requires 20+ years in construction and 10+ years as a Resident Engineer on major projects, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with professional certification preferred.
• Experience leading site supervision on large-scale projects and complex buildings.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Consultant's primary site representative and lead all project site supervision activities.
• Supervise multidisciplinary engineering and inspection teams across civil, structural, architectural, MEP and infrastructure.
• Review submissions, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and codes.
• Lead progress meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Oversee QA/QC, HSSE, and handover activities, and support variation and EOT evaluations.
