Job summary

slihrms is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer to lead on-site supervision for a large-scale development program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will act as the Consultant's senior on-site representative, ensuring works comply with designs, contracts, quality standards, and schedules.

Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and guiding testing, commissioning, and handover phases, while maintaining HSSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Consultant's primary on-site representative and lead all project site supervision activities.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering and inspection teams across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and specialist systems.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specs, contract requirements, and codes.
