Job summary

slihrms is seeking an experienced Field Engineer - Structural for a major Riyadh development. You will supervise structural works, review drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and project schedules, working closely with Resident Engineer and multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires substantial site inspections, QA/QC oversight, and coordination with contractors to deliver complex building and hospitality projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering.
8+ years of experience in structural engineering and construction supervision.
Experience with large-scale buildings and hospitality projects.
Knowledge of ACI, AISC, Eurocodes and local codes.

Responsibilities

Supervise structural construction activities per designs and contract requirements.
Conduct site inspections of foundations, concrete, steel, precast elements, and temporary works.
Review drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for constructability.
Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and compliant.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues.
