Job summary

slihrms seeks a seasoned Lead Field Engineer - Electrical to supervise all electrical site activities on a major Riyadh development. You will ensure installation, testing, commissioning, and handover align with designs, specs, and safety standards while coordinating with Resident Engineer, MEP teams, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in electrical engineering and 7+ years in lead supervision on large projects, with strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional licensure or PMI/engineering accreditation desirable.
• 12+ years in electrical engineering and construction supervision.
• 7+ years in lead electrical supervision on major buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical site engineering and inspection activities.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate engineers, inspectors, and consultants.
• Oversee FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety standards on site.
• Manage interfaces with architectural, structural, MEP and other systems.
• Support progress measurement, payment certification, and project reporting.
• Interface with utilities and local authorities.
