Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience delivering industrial/logistics projects.
- Site-based client representative or supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC-style contracts.
- GCC experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
- Arabic native with strong English communication.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Act as site-based client representative during construction.
- Oversee day-to-day construction, review drawings and programme.
- Administer contracts and issue notices.
- Coordinate interfaces between trades; monitor HSE.
- Provide site progress updates and dashboards.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover readiness.
- Maintain site records and reports.
