Job summary

Soundlines Group is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer in Riyadh to lead design coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm and ELV systems. You will produce design drawings, load calculations, BOQs and technical specifications while coordinating with consultants, clients and site teams to ensure the design intent is implemented.

You will develop BIM models from LOD 300 to 400, perform clash detection with Navisworks, review shop drawings and provide

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication or related field.
• 8–10 years of MEP design experience with BIM coordination and interior fit-out exposure.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM LOD 300–400, shop drawings, BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection and integration of MEP design into project plans.
• Coordinate with consultants and site teams to ensure design intent is implemented.
• Prepare design drawings, load calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Develop BIM models from LOD 300 to 400 and perform clash detection.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure timely project delivery.
