Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator - MEP to support technical review, coordination, and QA of BIM deliverables for luxury construction and master-planned developments. The role focuses on validating MEP models, coordinating interfaces with architectural and structural teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements, BEP, EIR, and ISO 19650.

You will lead coordination workshops, manage asset information, and guide external consultants and contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years in BIM management.
• At least 10 years on luxury building projects.
• Minimum 2 years in PMC/client/lead consultant role on mega-projects.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP BIM models and perform quality assurance.
• Validate asset information and metadata against LOI/N requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP, architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.
• Lead BIM coordination workshops with consultants and contractors.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure models meet client requirements, BEP, and information management standards.
• Support ISO 19650 implementation and information delivery.
