Job summary

Migrate is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager in Riyadh to lead design and engineering activities for all MEP systems across diverse facilities. You will oversee the design team, ensuring technically sound, coordinated, code-compliant, and cost-effective deliverables while working closely with consultants, clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant MEP engineering and design experience.
• Experience across residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of local and international MEP codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP design and engineering across multiple systems.
• Coordinate design with consultants, clients, project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards and project requirements.
• Prepare concept designs and supervise development of shop drawings.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQs and equipment documentation for quality.
