Job summary

Soundlines Group is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer in Riyadh to lead design coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm and ELV systems. You will produce design drawings, load calculations, BOQs and technical specifications while coordinating with consultants, clients and site teams to ensure the design intent is implemented.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication or related field.
• 8–10 years of MEP design experience with BIM coordination and interior fit-out exposure.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM LOD 300–400, shop drawings, BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection and integration of MEP design into project plans.
• Coordinate with consultants and site teams to ensure design intent is implemented.

Perform and coordinate the collection verification and integration of work scopes into the overall project plan Prepare quality strong shop drawings coordinated drawings and as-built documentation strong for construction and handover

Perform strong design validation design verification and drawing reviews strong with consultants to obtain approvals Design analyze and coordinate safe efficient and code-compliant MEP systems Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements project specifications and applicable standards

BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or related discipline.8–10 years of relevant MEP Design Engineering experience, with strong exposure to multidisciplinary MEP coordination, BIM modelling, construction projects, and interior fit-out projects.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in MEP design and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple engineering disciplines and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM LOD 300–400, shop drawings, BOQs, and multidisciplinary coordination will be highly relevant.
