Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager Security Planning to drive security master-planning for the City and Districts, coordinating with the Place Planning and Design team to balance safety and openness for a global benchmark development in KSA.
You will oversee security outputs from consultants, develop dashboards and risk frameworks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, CPTED principles, and multi-stakeholder governance across the master development program.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in built-environment security, relevant infrastructure delivery sectors, government, and high-profile development projects in KSAProficiency in Aconex, BIM360, SharePoint and reporting/dashboarding toolsDemonstrated ability to perform within multidisciplinary teams and track large-scale project dependenciesExperienced in advising diverse government and multinational stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communicationBachelor's degree preferred
