Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager Security Planning to drive security master-planning for the City and Districts, coordinating with the Place Planning and Design team to balance safety and openness for a global benchmark development in KSA.

You will oversee security outputs from consultants, develop dashboards and risk frameworks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, CPTED principles, and multi-stakeholder governance across the master development program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in built-environment security and major developments in KSA.
• Proficiency in Aconex, BIM360, SharePoint and reporting dashboarding tools.
• Experience advising diverse government and multinational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
