Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior professional to lead security development projects from concept to completion in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with operators, contractors, consultants, and authorities to drive project delivery in line with the company’s vision.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in real estate development, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security development projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya Investment Company’s vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning, and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress and budget; implement risk and cost management strategies.
• Develop relationships with community leaders, investors, and partners.
• Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board.

Job description

Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of security projects from concept to completion. Exhibiting a robust understanding of the real estate development process and capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.

Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the development of security assets with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC Region.

• Lead and manage security development projects, ensuring they align with the overall vision and strategy of Qiddiya Investment Company
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including operators, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental standards throughout the development process.
• Monitor project progress and budget, implement effective risk management strategies and cost management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, investors, and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication, fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board of directors
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development.
• To coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process, to ensure the projects are constructed in accordance with the approved design

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded.
