Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior development leader to guide security projects from concept through completion, applying deep expertise in real estate development and a strategic, innovative mindset.

You will coordinate with internal teams, operators, contractors, consultants and government authorities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, ensuring regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership role.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute security projects from concept to completion.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of real estate development and deliver innovative solutions aligned with Qiddiya's vision.
• Oversee end-to-end security asset development within Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Coordinate security development projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning, and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and implement risk and cost controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with communities, investors, and partners.
• Display strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing development team.
• Present project plans and updates to senior management and the board.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive development innovation.
• Coordinate and manage the projects team through delivery to ensure conformance with approved design.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional teams ensuring the successful planning and execution of security projects from concept to completion Exhibiting a robust understanding of the real estate development process and capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya s vision Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the development of security assets with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC Region
• Lead and manage security development projects ensuring they align with the overall vision and strategy of Qiddiya Investment Company
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including operators contractors consultants and government authorities to facilitate successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with local regulations zoning requirements and environmental standards throughout the development process
• Monitor project progress and budget implement effective risk management strategies and cost management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including community leaders investors and partners
• Strong written and verbal communication fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable
• Mentor and lead a high-performing development team fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Prepare and present project plans reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors
• Stay abreast of industry trends technologies and best practices to drive innovation in development To coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process to ensure the projects are constructed in accordance with the approved design

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded.
• 15+ years of relevant professional working experience.
