Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management or readiness.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in entertainment or large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholders to integrate readiness considerations into project execution.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies for launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to prepare staff and operational teams to meet performance standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational readiness and report findings to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Champion guest-focused approaches to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Education

• Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholder groups to integrate operational readiness considerations into project execution phases.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives aimed at preparing staff and operational teams to meet defined performance standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Champion a guest-focused approach throughout all operational readiness efforts to enhance the overall visitor experience.
