Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager for Operational Readiness to drive preparation across large-scale entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and implement readiness plans, coordinate across departments, and lead training programs to ensure projects launch to exacting standards.

You will oversee risk management, monitor KPIs, and present insights to senior management, while guiding diverse teams to ensure seamless readiness and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 8+ years in operational management or readiness, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering training and readiness programs for a diverse workforce.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Foster collaboration between departments to embed operational requirements into project lifecycles.
• Conduct readiness assessments to identify gaps and risks with actionable solutions.

• Lead risk management initiatives with contingency protocols.
• Enhance guest experience by tailoring readiness processes to exceed expectations.
