Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to lead and coordinate all aspects of readiness for iconic entertainment and cultural projects. You will drive planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless launches and ongoing guest experiences.

The role focuses on developing comprehensive readiness plans, aligning with strategic objectives, and building staff capability through training and KPI oversight to sustain high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management or readiness.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in entertainment or large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholders to integrate readiness considerations into project execution.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies for launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to prepare staff and operational teams to meet performance standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational readiness and report findings to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Champion guest-focused approaches to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality or related field

Master's degree preferred
