Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager – Entertainment Strategy to shape the strategic development of its entertainment assets in Riyadh. You will support the Associate Director in defining the long‑term vision and lead early planning, ideation, and concept development for new destinations.

The role requires strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder skills to align with commercial targets and guest experience goals, plus 5+ years in real estate and entertainment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing long-term asset class strategies.
• Lead early design stages of development and contribute to concept development of new assets.
• Develop project documentation (RFPs, SOWs, strategy briefs, matrices).
• Manage consultants and third parties to align with scope and objectives.
• Conduct analysis on benchmarks to support robust decision-making.
• Contribute to go-live strategies, operating models, pricing, and manpower planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
