Job summary

Qiddiya in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy to shape the long-term vision for its entertainment portfolio and support the Associate Director in early planning and concept development of new destinations. You’ll ensure alignment with strategic objectives, guest experience goals and commercial targets.

The role involves leading design stages, go‑live strategies, and coordinating with IP licensors and external partners to deliver robust, market‑aligned concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in the execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets’ ambition, vision and objectives
• Manage early design stages of development (ideation, pre-concept and concept) and contribute to all stages of development of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets
• Develop project documentation for distribution including, but not limited to, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programmes, strategy briefs, and various project matrices
• Manage consultants, collaborate with IP licensors (where relevant), and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations
• Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centres, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making
• Contribute to the development of initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, while providing implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya
• Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure approvals, and effectively communicate entertainment asset designs and strategic initiatives
