• Lead early design stages (ideation, pre-concept, concept) for new entertainment assets, aligning with strategic objectives and commercial targets.
• Develop project documentation including RFPs, SOWs, programmes and strategy briefs.
• Manage consultants and third parties to ensure insights align with scope and business expectations.
• Conduct analysis on entertainment asset benchmarks and strategic topics to support decision-making.
• Contribute to go-live strategies including operating models, pricing, sales and manpower planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and communicate designs.

Overview

The Senior Manager – Entertainment Strategy plays a key role in shaping the strategic development of Qiddiya's entertainment assets, supporting the Associate Director in defining and delivering the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio. The role is responsible for leading the early planning and concept development of new entertainment destinations, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in the execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision and objectives.
• Manage early design stages of development (ideation, pre-concept and concept) and contribute to all stages of development of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.
• Develop project documentation for distribution including, but not limited to, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programmes, strategy briefs, and various project matrices.
• Manage consultants, collaborate with IP licensors (where relevant), and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
• Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centres, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, while providing implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure approvals, and effectively communicate entertainment asset designs and strategic initiatives.
