Job summary

Qiddiya invites applications for a Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy to shape the long-term vision of the entertainment portfolio. You will lead early planning and concept development for new destinations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in the execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision and objectives
• Manage early design stages of development (ideation, pre-concept and concept) and contribute to all stages of development of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets
• Develop project documentation for distribution including, but not limited to, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programmes, strategy briefs, and various project matrices
• Manage consultants, collaborate with IP licensors (where relevant), and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations
• Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centres, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making
• Contribute to the development of initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, while providing implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya
• Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure approvals, and effectively communicate entertainment asset designs and strategic initiatives
