The role requires a degree in engineering or logistics, 5-7 years of supervisory experience, strong QSHE knowledge, excellent communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or logistics.
• 5-7 years’ experience supervising Transport supervisors.
• Knowledge of QSHE, Health & Safety standards, and Company Quality Policies.
• Good written and oral communication; positive behavior and attitude.
• High level of computer skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• Interpersonal skills; punctual and disciplined; team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transport supervisors and shifts to meet planned operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and milk collections; ensure return to CPP.
• Drive safety, quality, and process improvements in the logistics function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize routes and schedules.
