Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function across its large-scale dairy farming operations in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on reliability, efficiency, and safety of critical infrastructure supporting milk production.

The successful candidate will oversee electrical distribution, ammonia refrigeration plants, water treatment, utilities, generators and agricultural equipment, leading multidisciplinary teams in a remote farming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering and maintenance experience in a large industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function across large-scale dairy farming operations.
• Develop and execute engineering strategy for reliability, efficiency, safety and performance of infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, spare parts inventory and maintenance programs.
