Job summary

Almarai in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance across our dairy and beverage facilities, ensuring maximum plant availability through preventive maintenance, asset management, and strict safety and quality standards.

You will develop a high‑performing multi‑skilled team, oversee projects and budgets, and drive reliability improvements across utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering management experience in manufacturing.
• Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry experience is essential.
• HND/HNC or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.
• Proven leadership of multi-skilled engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
