Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Sous Chef for the Levantine restaurant to lead the kitchen operations with a strong emphasis on authentic Levantine cuisine. You will oversee food preparation, menu execution, and ensure alignment with Rosewood standards while supporting other concepts across the property.

You will coach and mentor the kitchen team, manage food cost and inventory, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, multi-concept dining

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day culinary operations for the Levantine restaurant and related dining concepts.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet Rosewood standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain authenticity and quality across Levantine dishes and recipes.
• Support menu development, seasonal offerings, wellness menus, and promotional culinary initiatives.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and productivity to support profitability.
• Coach and develop culinary associates through hands-on leadership and mentoring.
