Job summary

Aramco seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join the Learning Solutions & Services Department. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, integrating, and improving enterprise learning systems to support Saudi Aramco’s corporate learning strategy.

You will bridge business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring secure, scalable learning services across platforms and future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 8 years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or HCM solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable enterprise LMS.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle or similar academic LMS is preferred.
• Experience supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
• Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies ensuring compatibility with existing architecture.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions with backend integrations.
• Assess academic Learning Management Systems to determine meeting business needs and integration requirements.
• Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems including SuccessFactors and Job Certification.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies to improve learner experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead AI enablement within learning systems.
