Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems and to design integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other enterprise apps. You will lead technical analysis for learning technologies and support mobile learning backends and interfaces.

You will assess LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas and Moodle, and help drive AI enablement within learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
• Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, enterprise applications, and other internal and external systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies to ensure compatibility with the existing enterprise learning architecture.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions, including required backend integrations and system interfaces.
• Assess academic and corporate Learning Management Systems to determine meeting business needs and integration requirements.
• Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Job Certification.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend improvements that enhance learner experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead AI enablement within learning systems.
