Job summary
Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager Development Business Solutions Design & Delivery to lead the design, prototyping and end-to-end delivery of bespoke software and domain-specific modules across feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, and construction management.
The role requires 7+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of delivering integrated enterprise solutions aligning with finance, ERP, BIM, and GIS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or related discipline; 7+ years in software engineering, digital solution design, and systems delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record leading design, development and delivery of bespoke software solutions across complex domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, prototyping and end-to-end delivery of bespoke software applications and domain-specific modules.
- Build and deploy tailored digital tools supporting feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, QHSEW, construction management, asset development, and real estate operations.
- Ensure integration with core enterprise platforms (ERP, BIM, GIS, Cost Management, Project Controls) for unified data exchange.
- Collaborate with Master Planning, Engineering, Construction and Finance to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Identify bottlenecks and automate planning, engineering and finance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate vendor engagement and ensure governance, quality, and documentation standards are met.
