Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.
• 15 years of total professional experience, KSA experience.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in Railway projects.
• Arabic speaker.
• Experience handling all level of authorities, stakeholders and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Develop & manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.
• Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents that may include but limited to; NDAs, MOUs, and MOMs
• Liaise with the client's land acquisition department
• Maintain healthy progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any development
