Job summary

The role requires 15+ years in contracts management, expertise with Saudi procurement law, and excellent Arabic and English communication. You will collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment with policies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Pricing, contract law, or negotiation experience across large-scale contracts.
• Experience drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and effective correspondence skills.
• Thorough knowledge of prime contracts management and sub-contracting administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.

Responsibilities

• Support managing the entire contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
• Review contract terms to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management to align terms with policies.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, and deadlines for timely completion.
• Identify and resolve contract-related issues or disputes promptly.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with obligations and policies.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance with improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
