Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in operations and project delivery within large infrastructure or mega-project environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities, manage teams and contractors, and align delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with interface coordination, risk management, reporting, and HSE compliance on large-scale programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of project delivery processes, governance, and performance management.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational activities across project delivery functions to meet objectives and schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, manage resources, and supervise teams and contractors.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvement actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and HSE standards for a safe work environment.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting and updates to foster collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and constraints with robust mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate interfaces across disciplines and project stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
• Mentor operational teams and contractors to promote accountability and high performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and delivery outcomes.
• Align operational activities with project delivery schedules, milestones and performance targets.
