Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior ITS Engineer to join our PMO team, providing program‑level leadership for Intelligent Transportation Systems across a large urban network. You will review designs, assess contractor proposals, ensure system integration with Traffic Control Centers, and coordinate with designers, authorities, and operators to deliver interoperable, future‑ready ITS solutions.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 15+ years of ITS experience, familiarity with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with relevant ITS focus.
Minimum 15 years of ITS planning, design, integration and delivery experience on large-scale projects.
Experience reviewing contractor and vendor proposals and complex multi-disciplinary designs.
Strong knowledge of ITS standards, cybersecurity, and data communications.

Responsibilities

Provide program-level governance for ITS works across the program.
Review proposals, shop drawings, and system architectures for ITS projects.
Ensure full ITS integration with existing and future Traffic Control Centers (TCC).
Oversee design and implementation of optical fiber networks and routing strategies.
Coordinate with designers, authorities, system integrators, and operators.
